We all know it, legs are the main trump of the models; that is why the “angels” of Secret Victoria’ s pay a very particular attention to their training. And,  in this respect, the coach Justin Gelband and the models explained themselves us how to train to keep fine legs without augmenting their muscular mass…

Having studied advice of the instructor, Sitlol offers you some efficient exercises so that your legs are nice without being too much developed muscles.

Heating

It is impossible to burn grease in the single definite place. Therefore to get rid of the layer of grease and to make legs slimmer, it is important to add a dose of cardio which will help to prepare the body for training and   weight loss.

“ Swimming,  running and  cycling are activities which can easily become a habit and that will allow whoever  to recover in form fast. A good cardiovascular exercise is more important still that the session of training”, explains the coach Justin Gelband.

That is why, before training, the models of Secret Victoria’ s pass  15 – 30 minutes on a moving pavement or with a skipping rope.

  • If you do not have machine of cardio training to you, you can make the exercise of jump illustrated on the photo by linking your legs and  by moving them aside during 40 seconds. Then, “court “ on the spot by raising your knees during 30 seconds with pauses of  10 seconds.
